Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
No reshipping arrangement will be made in the case of parcels returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, or returned due to unavailability.

2. How long will my order take?

We ship your order from our Chengdu warehouse within 1-2 business days, and delivery then takes 10-15 business days. Please note: depending on your location, standard shipping may take up to 10-15 business days.

3. Taxes and duties

For the United States, the UK and Australia: all packages are shipped by Starwake. For American customers there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only pay the final sale price when shopping at Starwake.

4. Cut-off time

The cut-off time is the time by which you need to place your order for it to begin processing on the same day. Orders that miss the cut-off time do not begin processing until the following business day.

The default cut-off time for Starwake orders is 5:00 AM GMT+8. For US customers, that is 5:00 PM US Eastern / 2:00 PM US Pacific on the previous day during daylight saving time (4:00 PM US Eastern / 1:00 PM US Pacific during standard time).

Note: since orders placed after the cut-off do not begin processing until the next business day, customers who miss the cut-off will see an extra business day added to their delivery estimate.

Note: during public holidays, manufacturers and courier companies restrict operations, so shipping time may be affected. Although this is unfortunately beyond our control, we will do our best to minimize any delay.
